Century's Philosophy & Goals

We've been educating preschool children and preparing them to enter kindergarten for more than 50 years! 

In that time while we've changed and grown in our approach, our philosophy and goals have remained the same...

To promote the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of the young child. 

The program at Century Nursery School is designed to be inclusive of all children.

The primary goals of the preschool are:

1.  To provide a wide variety of activities to stimulate the learning

      environment.

2.  To develop self-confidence and self-esteem wthin each child.

3.  To promote kindergarten readiness skills in the 4 year old classes.
